🌱 Plant-Based Sri Lankan Masterclass with Radhika 🌶️

Step into the vibrant world of Sri Lankan cuisine with Radhika, a dynamic culinary tutor, food influencer, and member of the Chefs’ Forum and the Guild of Food Writers. With a master’s degree in food and nutrition from Delhi University and a passion for bold, unique flavours, Radhika brings her deep knowledge and vibrant energy to every class.

She has showcased her skills at major venues like London’s Trafalgar Square, the Great British Food Festival, and on screen in Amazon Prime’s The World Cook and Channel 4’s Double the Money. In this immersive, hands-on class, you'll learn how to prepare a delicious plant-based Sri Lankan feast from scratch, exploring traditional techniques and rich, aromatic spices.

• Pol Roti – Sri Lankan flatbread made with desiccated coconut
• Parippu (Dhal Curry) – Creamy red lentils simmered in coconut milk
• Devilled Mushrooms – A fiery, tangy stir-fry with chilli flakes, soy sauce, and vinegar

• Seeni Sambol – A sweet, spiced onion relish with tamarind, chilli, and curry leaves

Refunds/transfers: Please understand our charity needs time to resell your tickets as we rely heavily on the income generated by our fundraising classes. We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class. You are also welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member in case of last minute illness (just email classes@madeinhackney.org to let us know).
