Northern Indian Community Class
Join us for a unique exploration of heritage Northern Indian cuisine, a culinary tradition that is rarely seen outside of family homes. Led by Chef Nishma Shah of the award-winning vegan catering business Shambhu’s, this class will bring the rich, deep flavors of authentic Northern Indian dishes directly to your plate.
What to Expect
This interactive class blends practical cooking, demonstrations, and time for questions. In a return to 'family-style' cooking, you’ll work together, sharing workstations and creating dishes as a team. This communal approach offers a more engaging and fun experience, allowing you to learn and collaborate with others. All ingredients and equipment are provided for the class.
