Learn to make plant based Bibimbap Bowls with Sara Kiyo Popowa, cookbook author and plant based influencer as @shisodelicious.
In this cook-along we’ll make a delicious and hearty bibimbap, a Korean-inspired bowl of brown rice topped with a bunch of flavourful and nutritious toppings. Using veggies in season (with easy subs) along with a few Asian staple ingredients like tofu and miso paste I’ll show you the secrets to the most banging bibimbap in the neighbourhood.
The flavours are on the spicy side, but you can adjust the heat to your liking. Gluten free recipe.
Sara Kiyo Popowa is an artist, photographer and the author of Bento Power (Kyle Books) and An opinionated guide to Vegan London (Hoxton Mini Press). She’s a passionate advocate of plant based eating and low impact living as @shisodelicious on Instagram.
