  • Gain insights into harnessing the potential of plant-based foods, understanding their wellbeing advantages, and their significant impact on brain health
  • Establish links between diet, nutrition, and overall quality of life to effectively enhance vagus nerve, hormone, and neurotransmitter support

About Dr Sunni Patel

Dr Sunni Patel is the founder of Dish Dash Deets – a company and platform focussed on health coaching, education, and food with a mission to support as many people as possible on easy and practical holistic wellbeing. He has been featured on the BBC, ITV and is called for comment regularly on BBC radio shows with regular slots on BBC Stoke and BBC Wales as well as leading press outlets. Have your ingredients ready, weighed out and chopped where necessary before the class starts to help you keep pace with the session and feel more relaxed. We also recommend printing out your handout or having it available to view on a separate device if possible.

 240g rolled oats
 1 portion of ginger
 1 bulb of garlic
 100g mixed mushrooms, sliced (shiitake, oyster, or any variety you prefer)
 1 large bok choy (or 2 small), chopped
 1 can green or brown lentils, drained and rinsed
 200g (1 small head) broccoli florets
 2 carrots
 1 onion
 1 red bell pepper
 150g snap peas
 1 large or 8 small-sized baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 Maple syrup
 Peanut butter
 1 vegetable stock cube
 4-6 cups hot water
 Olive oil (or sesame oil as optional)
 Soy sauce
 Rice vinegar
 Salt
 White pepper
 Sugar

 Sliced green onions
 Crispy fried shallots
 Sesame seeds
 Sesame oil

 Tahini
 Szechuan peppercorns (optional)
