Join chef Linda North at a relaxed class to learn how to make delicious sweet and savoury plant based crêpes and pancakes filled with seasonal ingredients.

About Linda:

As a Czech-born plant-based nutritional therapist and chef, Linda is devoted to advocating the advantages of healthy plant-based eating. Her daughter's diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 7 motivated her to strive for her optimal well-being. This led Linda to explore the field of nutrition, seeking a deeper understanding of how food influences our bodies.

Linda established The Green Nut with the aim of guiding and inspiring individuals, families, groups and schools to adopt wellness practices and uncover the transformative potential of plant-based nutrition and lifestyle choices. Her favourite season is summer, as she loves to cycle and forage.
