"I’ll share all the principles of making raw desserts including raw chocolate made from scratch, all using wholefood ingredients. We’ll explore pantry essentials, theory, and techniques, and there will be plenty of hands on cooking so you’ll leave the class with the confidence to make your own raw treats."

Ceri Jones is a trained natural chef and completed her certification at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in California in 2014. Ceri works as a yoga retreat chef, cooking teacher and recipe developer, working with brands and sharing recipes on her website Natural Kitchen Adventures. Ceri's recipes have a strong seasonal and whole foods approach, with a specialist knowledge of cooking for gluten and dairy free diets. Last year Ceri launched her iPhone recipe app ‘Natural Kitchen Adventures’ . The app is based around a seasonal foods and contains 50 of her favourite deliciously simple recipes, along with seasonal produce guides.
