The Event

Join chef Jordan Carter to learn about the health benefits of spelt and make your own spelt loaf to take home. While your dough is rising, Freddie will take you through a short guided meditation. You’ll also make spicy red hummus and salad to enjoy with freshly baked bread, washed down with a refreshing Lemon & Ginger drink.
