The Event

“I’ll share all the principles of making healthy, wholefood bakes and desserts. We’ll explore a world of sweet alternatives and you’ll leave the class with the confidence to make your own nutritious, gluten and low-sugar/sugar-free treats.”  Ceri Jones, Natural Kitchen Adventures

The class will include:

  • How to bake and make raw versions of delicious low-sugar and sugar-free cakes, muffins, biscuits, desserts and frostings
  • How to use refined sugar alternatives such as stevia, xylitol, coconut sugar and the natural sweetness of fresh and dried fruits
  • How to classify foods as low in added sugars
  • Exploring gluten-free flours and how to combine them for optimum results
  • How to use plant-based alternatives to eggs and butter
  • A delicious organic lunch and recipes to take home

Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch

* This fee is used to fund our program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
