Join KTK for an enriching and immersive cooking class where you’ll explore the vibrant and flavorful world of Pakistani cuisine.
KTK will guide you through traditional dishes, using the aromatic spices and techniques that define Pakistani home cooking.

About the Class:
Pakistani cuisine is rich in flavors, textures, and colors. From aromatic rice dishes to savory lentil stews, Pakistani food celebrates the use of fresh vegetables, legumes, grains, and an array of spices. In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare hearty dishes that are staples in many Pakistani homes, all while embracing sustainable and healthy cooking practices.

During this class, you will:

  • Learn Essential Plant-Based Techniques: KTK will teach you how to prepare plant-based versions of traditional Pakistani dishes, showing you how to create rich flavors using vegetables, pulses, and plant-based proteins. You'll learn how to balance spices to bring depth and complexity to your meals.
  • Cook Signature Dishes: You’ll make classic plant-based dishes such as Daal (Lentil Stew), Aloo Gobi (Potato and Cauliflower Curry), Chana Masala (Chickpea Curry), and more. These dishes are packed with nutrition and bursting with flavor.
  • Explore Spices: Understanding the use of spices is key in Pakistani cooking. KTK will show you how to use whole and ground spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and more, to create dishes that are aromatic and full of depth.

About the Chef – KTK:
KTK, originally from Pakistan, brings a deep love and respect for their culinary heritage. They started cooking at the age of 11, learning from their grandmother and mother, and have always been passionate about cooking dishes that bring people together. With a background in both traditional and modern approaches to cooking, KTK believes in the power of food to connect people and share culture.

Since moving to the UK in 2019, KTK has faced many challenges but has grown stronger, more resilient, and more determined to share the flavors of their homeland. They’re excited to teach you how to make plant-based Pakistani dishes that nourish both body and soul, all while sharing stories of their culture and the importance of food in their life.
