This Masterclass is part of our new 'VIP Series', led by experts who are renowned in their field.

Ronaldo hails from Brazil and has developed a successful career in the Pan Asian restaurant industry, specialising in sushi. He was formerly Executive Sushi Chef at Ukai Sushi, Notting Hill and has worked at a number of other award-winning restaurants. Ronaldo teaches sushi courses and private lessons, as well as catering private dinners for VIP clients, including Sir Elton John.
Fee: £75 (£55 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
