Safiyah brings her extensive culinary knowledge and artistic flair, making restaurant-worthy dishes feel like the comfort of home. In this course, she’ll share simple, accessible recipes using affordable pantry staples like beans, lentils, rice, pasta, canned tomatoes, and frozen vegetables.
You'll learn to make dishes like bean chili, lentil pasta Bolognese, chickpea and vegetable stir-fry, and customizable oatmeal bowls. Safiyah’s goal is to show how a plant-based diet can be affordable, versatile, and quick to prepare.
