I’ll lead you through the A-Z of all things preservation based with delicious and fresh ingredients, all locally sourced, seasonal and organic.'' says Ximena Ransom, Patchwork Farmer and Cookery Teacher at Made In Hackney.

Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
* This fee is used to fund our programme of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
Refunds: We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class.
