This super simple dairy alternative is not only delicious and creamy but good for you too!
300 grammes cashew nuts (soaked over night)
Water
1. Rinse the soaked cashews and blend with water.
2. Strain the liquid out through a nut bag.
3. Store your cashew milk in a sealed container in the refrigerator. It will keep for 3 to 5 day.
