Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower Mash

This hearty cauliflower mash makes it easy to get more veg in your diet, and is great with homemade lentil sausages! 


Serves 4 people


1 Head of Cauliflower broken into florets

2 tsp. Curry Powder

1 tsp. Ground Ginger

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

½  tsp. Sea Salt


1: Fill a saucepan with about 1 inch of water. Pour cauliflower in and allow to steam over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until nicely steamed.

2: Drain the water out of the pot and add all of the remaining ingredients to the cauliflower.

3: Using a potato masher, smash up the cauliflower until it is the consistency you desire.
