Delicious chip peanut butter cookies that will have you going back to the cookie jar for another! Recipe by our social media assistant Nav.
For 5 cookies
1. Add the flaxseeds and plant based milk together and set aside for 10 minutes to form a flaxegg
2. Cream together the peanut butter and coconut sugar
3. Stir in the oats and flaxegg
4. Mix in the baking powder and chocolate chips
5. Pop the cookie dough into the fridge for 10 minutes
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 15 minutes
7. Allow to cool before removing from the tray
8. Enjoy
