Concentrated Liquid Laundry Detergent 

Leave your clothes fresh and wonderfully clean with this all natural laundry detergent. 

Ingredients

6/8 cups water (heat water in saucepan on stove)

50grammes soap bar. (grate and dissolve in the hot water)

¼  cup borax (add to soapy water when still hot) stir until dissolved

 

Optional additions

¼  cup bicarb (for getting rid of smell)

15 drops essential oil 

Method

1: Add the above mix to 2 litres of hot water

2: Stir and then add ½   cup washing soda

3: Stir well cover and leave overnight to thicken

4: Dilute 50/50 with water and stir well

5: Store in plastic containers

Usage

¼ to ½ cup per load

32 washes per gallon (approx. 4litres)
