Ingredients
Peel of 4 bananas
1/2 lemon OR 1 tablespoon vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green chili (but can be anyone)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Salt
Optional: seasonings
Method
Cut the banana peels into strips and soak them in water with juice from 1/2 a lemon or vinegar
In a saucepan over a medium heat, fry the onion. When it is sweet enough, add the banana peels. Stir these ingredients.
Finally, add the tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of water, and salt to taste
And it's ready to serve with rice and salad
