Get super soft skin with the help of this all natural body scrub
For about 200ml- 2 people
4 tablespoons fine grain sea salt (dead sea is good) or raw/brown/demera sugar
¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
8 tablespoons/ 125 ml of oil (sweet almond/ olive/ sunflower all work well)
4 drops of grapefruit or sweet orange essential oil (facultative)
Mix all the ingredients together until they are fully blended
Pour in a nice jar.
Use on moist skin (especially good during bath/ shower).
Can be kept for 3 months in a tightly lidded jar.
