A fantastic warming smoothie for Autumn days!
Serves 1
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
2 cups spinach, washed
1 ripe pear, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (linseed)
Mint to garnish, optional
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It's as easy as that!
2. If you like your smoothie a bit thicker then mix the ground flax seeds with 2 tablespoons of water and leave over night.
