The Plant-Based Community Cookery School
This easy to make crackers are tasty, nutritious and great accompinied with any dip!
· 200 grammes spelt flour
· 25 grammes flaxseeds
· 25 grammes pumpkin seeds
· 2 teaspoons salt
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
· 100 millilitres of water or enough to make a dough
· soya milk to glaze + seeds for sprinkling
1. Heat oven to 160 degrees
2. Put the first 5 dry ingredients into a bowl.
3. Pour in the oil
4. Mix together
5. Add enough water to make a dry dough
6. Take the dough out of the bowl
7. Knead the dough on a floured surface
8. Roll out thinly
9. Cut out 12 / 15 pieces
10. Place the pieces on baking parchment
11. Brush with milk and sprinkle with seeds
12. Bake in the oven for 20mins or until cooked
