Overnight carrot cake oats

Overnight oats are great to make if you don't have time to cook something in the morning. They're also packed full of healthy ingredients including iron, calcium and complex carbohydrates to give you a morning boost! Recipe by our social media assistant Nav.

Ingredients

  • 25g oats
  • 20g grated carrots
  • 15g sultanas
  • 5g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds (or chia seeds)
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 10g walnuts
  • 150ml plantbased milk

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a jar.
  2. Make sure you pop the lid on properly.
  3. Give it a shake.
  4. Pop it in the fridge overnight.
  5. Enjoy :)
