Refreshing, creamy and flavoursome, what more could you want from a smoothie? Oh and its full of goodness and nutrients!
300 grammes of pumpkin flesh
2 frozen bananas
3 dates
2 cups of almond (or other any non-dairy) milk
1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice mix
Seeds from ½ a vanilla bean, or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pumpkin pie spice mix
4 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon of allspice
½ a teaspoon of ground cloves
1. Chop the pumpkin flesh into small pieces
2. Whizz the pumpkin flesh with a little water in a blender until it is smooth
3. Make the pumpkin spice mix in a jar and shake the jar to mix
4. Chop the frozen banana into slices
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
