Raw Apricot Energy Balls

Raw Apricot Energy Balls

Packed with raw, natural energy, this is the perfect snack for when you want the sweetness kick without the crash! 

Ingredients

2 cups of dried apricots

1/4 cup of almonds

1/4 cup of walnuts

3 tablespoons of dessicated coconut

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until they form a ball.

2. Scoop out the mixture and make 12 energy balls with your hands.

3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
