Raw chocolate peanut butter slices

Ingredients

Base layer

  • 50g oats
  • 75g softened pitted dates

Peanut butter layer

  • 100g peanut butter
  • 100g silken tofu
  • 40g softened pitted dates

Chocolate layer

  • 20g cacao powder
  • 80g silken tofu
  • 35g softened pitted dates

Method

  1. Pour boiling water over the dates.
  2. In a blender pop the oats and dates for the base layer and blend.
  3. Spread the contents of the blender into a tin.
  4. For the peanut butter layer, blend all the ingredients.
  5. Spread the contents of the blender over the base layer.
  6. For the chocolate layer, blend all the ingredients.
  7. Spread the contents of the blender over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Refridgerate for a few hours to firm.
  9. Slice up and enjoy :)
