This is the don of condiments: sugar free, raw, nutritious but super sweet and tasty.
3 sweet red peppers
100 grammes of dried tomatoes
3 dates
1 red onion
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon allspice powder
1. Soak the dried tomatoes for 1 hour.
2. Chop the red peppers into chunks.
3. Chop the onion and pit the dates.
4. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
5 Blend until smooth and the consistency of ketchup.
6. This will keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for at least 1 week.
