The Plant-Based Community Cookery School
This summery sorbet can be made with any kind of berries. Add a frozen over-ripe banana for a natural creamy sweetness.
300 grammes of fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon of fruit syrup eg. Sweet Freedom (optional)
A sprig of fresh mint for garnish
1. Freeze the strawberries.
2. Blend the strawberries in a food processor with the fruit syrup into a smooth, creamy sorbet.
3. Decorate with the mint and eat straight away.
