This zingy juice is the ultimate pick me up when feeling tired or run down.
4 Carrots
2 Apples
1 Orange
1/2 Lemon
1 inch piece turmeric root
1: Add all fruit and vegetables to a juicer.
2: Put 1/2 cup water through juicer to slightly dilute drink and wash out all juice from machine into your drink.
Tip: Add turmeric root with the apples to get the most juice from it.
